The fight between Vasyl Lomachenko and George Kambosos is considered a certainty by the former’s manager Egis Klimas, who claimed he takes it for granted that the two boxers will fight for the world belts in the lightweight category.
Vasyl Lomachenko’s manager Egis Klimas believes George Kambosos will fight for the world lightweight title. There have been reports in recent days that the two boxers are planning to meet in Australia.
Klimas says: “I have a very good feeling that Lomachenko will take place against Kambosos. We are currently negotiating two games. If Lomachenko wins, we’ll do a rematch. We talked about dates. Maybe at the end of May or in June.” reports on the agenda of the Ukrainian.
ESPN recently announced that the game will take place on June 5th. Lomachenko wants to travel to Australia earlier to attend a training camp in the land of the kangaroo.
This ensures that the game can take place even in the event of a sudden lockdown. Remember that Kambosos comes from a win over Teofimo Lopez, while Lomachenko claims the three world zones conquered by the Greek expatriate.
