Alexander Usik: “Should I invite Seleznev to the camp?”
WBA, WBO, IBO and IBF heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk spoke about WBC title holder Tyson Fury’s desire to include former England striker Wayne Rooney in his fight with the Ukrainian.
– In one of his recent interviews, Tyson Fury said that he would invite Wayne Rooney to training camp. To whom or what shall we answer?
– Should I invite what, Selezneva or something?
Are we talking about sports or entertainment now?
I think they do it for fun. I’m not going to invite famous football players to my training camp just to shake hands and see what’s going on here, not to help. And I have my own guys for courage, we can show off with boxers, ”said Usyk.
