EOTTM unveils its March 26 undercard

Eye of the Tiger Management (EOTTM) unveiled on Monday the entire boxing card for its gala to be held on Saturday March 26 at the Cabaret du Casino de Montréal.

In addition to the main fight which will oppose Christian Mbilli (20-0-0, 18 KOs) to Nadjib Mohammedi (44-8-0, 27 KOs) for the WBC Continental title of the Americas and the semi-final which will feature Artem Oganesyan (12-0-0, 10 KOs) and Stephen Danyo (20-4-3, 7 KOs), the evening will also allow Mary Spencer, Alexandre Gaumont, Leila Beaudoin and Christopher Guerrero to step into the ring.

This will be Olympian and world amateur champion Mary Spencer’s (3-0-0, 2 KOs) first fight with EOTTM since the announcement of her signing by the Montreal organization. She will face an opponent with experience of 73 rounds in 14 professional fights. Mexican Beatriz Aguilar (7-6-1, 1 KO) made the limit for 13 of her fights.

Also in action on March 26 will be Buckingham boxer Alexandre Gaumont (3-0-0, 2 K.-O.) who will make his 4th professional fight against Edgar Romero Mora (11-12-3, 8 K .-O.), as well as Leila Beaudoin (4-0-0, 1 K.-O.) who will be opposed to Estefania Gonzalez Franco (2-4-0) who has won 2 times in her last 2 fights. Christopher Guerrero (2-0-0, 1 KO) will face Mexican Marco Chino Villa (3-5-0) while Jamaican-born Ontarian Joshua Frazer (2-0-0, 2 K.-O.), will certainly try to obtain a 3rd K.-O. in as many fights when he faces Luis Granados Gonzalez (4-8-1, 2 K.-O.).

Itauma dropped to 14th in the updated heavyweight rankings. Where is Usik?

International Boxing Federation (IBF) updated the rankings in the super heavyweight (over 90.7 kg) category; Compared to the previous month, only three boxers managed to retain their positions.

The official leader of the ranking is British Derek Chisora (36-13, 23 KOs) is ranked second and is claiming the top seed, which would allow him to fight for the world title.

Cuban Frank Sanchez came in third, while American Richard Torres maintained his fourth place. Another US representative, Jared Anderson, completed the top five.

Invincible Briton Moses Ithauma (13-0, 11 KOs) continues his slide and is now down to #14. He had previously refused to fight in a boxer candidate’s match and was punished by the organization.

Itauma plans to follow the WBO line, so there is a possibility he will be removed from the International Boxing Federation rankings in January.

The Ukrainian player has held the IBF championship since July. Alexander Usik (24-0, 15 KOs) won the belt in the match against Briton Daniel Dubois (TKO 5).

American boxer and internet celebrity jake paul after defeat Anthony Joshua He announced that he is ready to fight former UFC champion Francis Ngannou.
