Did you change your mind? Theo Lopez stipulated for his return
Current WBO lightweight champion Teofimo Lopez (19-1, 13 KOs) has admitted that there are facts that could change his mind about ending his career.
“I think the only way to get Theo back is with a nine-figure contract because I made over $100 million for ESPN.
I still get a million dollars to fight when all the other fighters haven’t done a quarter of what I’ve accomplished in the sport. But they get 8, 10, 12, 15 million dollars.
Frankly, I’m the black sheep of this industry and they really hurt me. I really want to change the boxing world and overcome the corruption that exists within it,” said Lopez.
As you know, 25-year-old Teofimo announced the end of his professional career after defeating former absolute world champion Josh Taylor (19-1, 13 KOs).
