Tyson Fury’s promoter: “There will be no fight with Usik in December”
Promoter Frank Warren, who represents the interests of WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, said his client will not be ready for the fight with Ukrainian Alexander Usyk, scheduled for December 23.

“No, we will not set this date (December 23), Tyson will not be ready to step into the ring in December. He fought a very tough fight today. He will need time to heal. When he returns to training, there will be 5-6 weeks left until his fight against Usyk. So that won’t happen in December,” Warren said.
Let us remind you that Tyson Fury fought former UFC champion Francis Ngannou in a 10-round fight in Saudi Arabia on October 28 and won by split decision.
