Lennox LEWIS: Ngannou’s stock is rising. Fury’s shares fell
Former absolute world heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis reflected on Tyson Fury’s (34-0-1, 24 KOs) victory over Francis Ngannou (0-1, 0 KOs).
“I thought Tyson Fury won. He threw a lot of punches. Francis Ngannou really surprised me; he showed great composure and patience.
It appeared he was waiting for an opportunity and attacked when Fury was off balance. He wasn’t 100% ready for the fight. For me, it was an interim fight before the big fight.
The lion cannot let the shark enter the jungle and almost defeat him. Ngannou’s stock is rising. Fury’s stock fell after the unconvincing victory,” said Lennox Lewis.
Let us also remind you that Tyson Fury defeated Francis Ngannou with a split decision despite being knocked out in the 3rd round.
