Alexander KRASYUK: “Usyk wants to beat the best version of Tyson Fury”
K2 Promotions Ukraine General Manager Alexander Krasyuk WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion Alexander Usyk (21-0, 14 KOs) explained why he expects WBC belt holder Tyson Fury (34-0-1, 24 KOs) to prepare much better for their fight than in the previous bout.
“I can’t argue with Tyson that God will determine the winner, but Usyk is completely different; he’s a former undisputed cruiserweight champion and unified heavyweight champion, but he’s very humble. But I know that Tyson can get over his arrogance and be a student in training camp, and that’s what we want for this fight.” We want it to be scary, tough and beat the best version of Tyson Fury because the value of the victory is so high,” Krasyuk said.
The fight will take place on February 17, 2024 in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
