Chinese mixed martial arts fighter Song Yadong defeated American Chris Gutierrez in the main fight of the UFC Fight Night 233 tournament, which took place in Las Vegas (USA).
The fight in the bantamweight category lasted all five rounds, the judges gave the victory to Yadong by unanimous decision. Judges’ scores: 50–44, 50–45, 50–45.
For the 26-year-old Yadong, ranked seventh in the UFC rankings, this victory was the 21st in his career with seven defeats, one of his fights was declared invalid, and another fight ended in a draw. The 32-year-old Gutierrez’s professional record is 20 wins, six losses and two draws.
