The undefeated boxer called Usik the favorite in the fight against Fury and explained why
Undefeated Croatian heavyweight boxer Filip Hrgovic shared his predictions for the title fight between Alexander Usik and Tyson Fury, considering our compatriot the favorite, but at the same time he warned against drawing conclusions about the Briton’s fight with Francis Ngannou.
“I always saw Usyk as the more well-rounded fighter. He is a technical, strong and consistently well-prepared player.
While Fury’s recent performance indicates a decline, I believe it has more to do with a lack of motivation. A fighter’s motivation can significantly affect his results.
But in this fight, I’m voting for Usyk, but really anyone can win,” Hrgovic said in an interview with Frank Warren’s Queensberry Promotions.
Let us also remind you that the unification fight between Alexander Usik and Tyson Fury is planned to take place in Saudi Arabia on February 17, 2024.
