The winner of the Russian and European boxing championships, Albert Rodionov, died as a result of an accident in the Krasnodar region, said the Secretary General of the Russian Boxing Federation Tatyana Kiriyenko.
– He was not even 30 years old… Albert left behind a wife and a seven-year-old daughter. The athlete’s funeral will take place on December 24 in the city of Volzhsky.
The Russian Boxing Federation expresses its condolences to the family and loved ones of our athlete. The entire boxing world mourns with you. The Federation will bear all expenses and help the boxer’s family. Take care of yourself and your loved ones, friends,” Kiriyenko wrote on her Telegram channel.
