Russian Ibragim Dauev defeated New Zealand fighter Mark Abelardo at the ONE Fight Night 18 tournament.
The fight according to MMA rules in the bantamweight (65.8 kg) lasted all three rounds and ended with Dauev’s victory by unanimous decision. Dauev fought his debut fight in the ONE Championship League.
Dauev began his professional career in 2019 and has currently had nine professional fights in which he has not suffered a single defeat. The 22-year-old fighter of the Akhmat club won most of his victories ahead of schedule. Dauev performed in the ACA Young Eagles and World Fighters Championship promotions. Recently, Dauev signed a contract with the ONE promotion company and received the opportunity to perform immediately on the main ONE roster.
