Kuramagomedov Defeats Jackson to Become Bellator Champion

Russian fighter Ramazan Kuramagomedov defeated Jamaican Jason Jackson in a fight for the Bellator championship title at a tournament in Dublin.
The fight took place in the welterweight category and lasted five rounds. Kuramagomedov won by unanimous decision.
The victory was the Russian’s 13th in 13 fights. Jackson’s record is 18 wins and five losses.
In other fights of the tournament, Russian featherweight Khasan Magomedsharipov (10–0) won by unanimous decision against American Tyler Matheson (6–4), and flyweight fighter Kasum Kasumov (15–1) also won by unanimous decision against Brazilian Mateus Mattos (14–3–1).
