Nikita Tszyu defeated Mazoudier in the main fight of the boxing tournament in Sydney
Australian boxer of Russian origin Nikita Tszyu defeated compatriot Cohen Mazoudier in the main fight at the tournament in Sydney.
The junior middleweight fight lasted nine rounds and ended with the victory of 26-year-old Tszyu by technical knockout; the referee stopped the fight. Nikita became the WBO Intercontinental and IBF Australasian champion.
During his career in professional boxing, Tszyu won 10 victories (7 by knockout) in 10 fights. The athlete is the son of former absolute world champion in junior welterweight Konstantin Tszyu.
The 28-year-old Mazoudier has 12 wins, four losses and one draw.
