“The old Jon Jones would have eaten Pereira and not even choked” – Shtyrkov
Russian MMA fighter Ivan Shtyrkov expressed the opinion that American Jon Jones during his time as champion in the UFC light heavyweight division could easily defeat Brazilian Alex Pereira.
In the main fight at UFC 307, Pereira defeated American Khalil Rountree by technical knockout to retain the UFC light heavyweight title.
