VIDEO. Ukrainians win by knockout in Rogava and Khegay Cologne
Ukrainian heavyweight boxer Tsotne Rogava (2-0, 2 KOs) fought his second professional fight.
At the boxing evening in Cologne, Rogava defeated Briton Michael Bassett (2-5, 2 KOs). The Ukrainian made a series of blows at the end of the second round, pushing his opponent to the ropes. Bassett did not reach the third round.
As part of the boxing evening, a featherweight fight was also held, in which the Ukrainians also participated. Arnold Khegai (18-1-1, 11 KOs) fought Mexico’s Ruben Garcia (25-10, 8 KOs). In the second round, Khegay knocked down his opponent twice, and in the third round, after another strong attack from the Ukrainians, the referee ended the fight.
