Sidelnikov: “It was painful to watch Tyson in the fight with Paul”
Sports director of Ural FC Kirill Sidelnikov admitted that he felt sorry for the former absolute world boxing champion Mike Tyson in his fight with blogger Jake Paul.
Last week, 27-year-old Paul defeated 58-year-old Tyson by unanimous decision in an official boxing match. Before this fight, Tyson last entered the ring in 2005.
“You have to give Paul credit for not ending the fight earlier. It was clear that he stopped on purpose. And for a blogger, he is making tremendous progress. I can’t say that he is a boxer, but the letter “B” in this word can be clearly seen. I’m talking about the word boxer, not blogger. And about Tyson… He is a sports legend. It was painful to watch him go into the corner after the gong,” Sidelnikov told RT.
