In the state corporation Rostec was held by the VIII boxing championship and the impact power of the “Ten strike”. More than 70 thousand people took part in the competition. This is 10 times more than in the first championship. Winners of the qualifying competitions from 37 Russian regions came to fight for the title of the best in Moscow to the Grand Finals.

“Ten strike” is a unique Rostec initiative. There are no analogues of such competitions anywhere in the world. Competitions combine two disciplines: a tournament by impact power and traditional boxing fights. Any employee of the corporation, regardless of age, gender and professional training, can take part in the championship.

Initially, the project was conceived as a sports holiday for the 10th anniversary of Rostec. However, in the end, he became an annual tradition and in a few years he stepped far beyond the corporation. Today, experts of not only Rostec, but also other large companies and departments, such as Aeroflot, EMERCOM, TransmashHolding, Uralkaliy, Aquarius, compete in the power of the blow and in the ring.

The championship is actively developing. In 2017, the tournament began with qualifying competitions in 16 Russian cities. This year the championship has already covered 37 cities. Their geography today is from the Kaliningrad region to Primorye. In just eight years, 450 tournaments were held, 90 of them in 2024. As part of the on -site events in boxing, Veterans of Svoy tried their hand. The main goal is to attract all employees to the healthy lifestyle.

This is necessary for our employees in life and at work. “Ten strike” is one of the most spectacular and favorite corporate championships. For many, the path in sports begins with him. People come to the section, we provide the opportunity to study with the coach. Someone brings his acquaintances and relatives to boxing. For eight years, more than 235 thousand people have already gone through our tournaments. This is a significant figure and most importantly our achievement – the championship has become massive. Moreover, the “Ten strike” laid the foundation for the new discipline “Blow to force”. That is, over time, participants in Rostec competitions will be able to receive real sports titles and discharges, ”said Sergey Chemezov, General Director of the Rostec State Corporation.

Participants of the “shock dozens” are traditionally supported by martial arts stars. The regional stages of 2024 visited the absolute champion in the first welterweight, the three -time champion of the USSR Konstantin Tszyu, the first Russian boxer, who became the world heavyweight world, Nikolai Valuev.

The honorary guests of the Grand Final were the five-time world champion in sports gymnastics Alexei Nemov, the world boxing champions Natalya Ragozina, Grigory Drozd, Svetlana Kulakova, Denis Lebedev and other famous athletes.

In the final battles of the eighth championship, 22 teams on impact power and 17 pairs of boxers in the male and women’s groups took part. Traditionally, couples were divided into two categories – amateurs and professionals (athletes with a high level of training). He also passed the superbias of heavyweights-professional for the championship belt and one indicative battle.

This year, the competitions were divided into five weight categories. Winners and prize -winners among men and women were determined in each weight category. Some of the participants went to the Grand Final for the first time. However, many occupy prizes annually.

“I have been participating in the championship since 2017. Every year the level of athletes is increasing. For example, today my rival was heavier than me. But physically, I am more resilient. This played a role, and I won. By our participation, we show an example to employees how, with health benefits, you can spend your free time. Good vacation is a change of activity. So I completely switch in training and splash out emotions. This gives energy for work, ”said Mikhail Bourdino, repeated winner of the Grand Finals among professionals.

Within the framework of the Grand Final, enterprises in the nominations were also awarded for activity and mass coverage: “shock holding”, “shock enterprise” and “Record holding”. In two nominations – “shock holding” and “Record holding” – “Technodynamics” won. The winners of the Grand Final were 7 holding employees in a variety of weight categories. This is an absolute record for the number of participants and winners. The shock enterprise was Rostniertol, which attracted 5.7 thousand of its employees to the show in the ring.

In the men’s discharge among lovers, Kasymbekov Zhansal (UVZ, 22 years old, up to 60 kg), Andrey Zverev (Ural Civil Aviation Plant, 21 years, 70 kg), Yamaletdinov Robert (Technodynamics, 27 years old, up to 80 kg), Stavariki Vitaly (Uralkali, 31 years old, 90 kg), Ishmukhametov Aidar (“Technodynamics”, 32 years old, over 90 kg).

Among the men in the category of “professionals”, gold medals won Ryabichev Igor (“Technodynamics”, 39 years old, 60 kg), Sabraleev Rustam (“Omsktransmash”, 22 years old, 70 kg), Misyukov Artem (Siber, 37 years old, 80 kg), Konstantinov Igor (Il PJSC, 30 years old, 90 kg), Mikhail Burnos (Russia’s helicopters, 36 years old, over 90 kg, superbias for a belt, winner of the super-beard in 2023 and 2021, multiple winner of the Grand Finals).

In the female category, among lovers, the victory was won by cook Anna (Technodynamics, 39 years old, 55 kg), Dolgova Julia (Aeroflot, 35 years old, 65 kg), Ignatova Anna (Technodynamics, 75 kg), Shagieva Ksenia (Uralvagonzavod, 31 year, 85 kg).

Among women in the category of “professionals”, 55 kg – Dmitrieva Daria (“Technodynamics”, 22 years, 55 kg), Ignatieva Alina (OAK, 22 years, 65 kg) won prizes.

Between the boxing fights at the pear-sylomer, the owner of the most powerful blow was determined. The best among men in the tournament were Nagovitsyn Andrey (Uralvagonzavod, 34 years old, up to 75 kg, 384 kg), Alexander Shishigin (Uralkali, up to 80 kg, 577 kg), Komarov Konstantin (EMERCOM, 26 years old, up to 86 kg, 437 kg) , Anton Kargapoltsev (“High -precision complexes”, 36 years old, up to 92 kg, 464 kg), Anatoly Pakhom (KamAZ, 37 years old, over 92 kg, 653 kg).

In the power of the strike among women, the winners of the Vyakhirev Olesya “(Kaliningrad Amber Plant”, 36 years old, up to 67 kg, 201 kg), Kasumova Amina (Schwabe, 21 years old, up to 75 kg, 160 kg), Rodionova Elena (Aeroflot, 35 years old , up to 75 kg, 160 kg), Toshcheva Natalya (OPK, 41 years old, up to 80 kg, 148 kg), Irina Mishkaeva (UAC, 33 years old, up to 86 kg, 178 kg), Korpachova love (VSMPO Avisma, 26 years old , over 86 kg, 211 kg).

Also in the ring there was a demonstration battle between the Zhinov Arsen (Rostec, 43 years old) and Novikov Victor (Technodynamics, 57 years old). The result of a tense fight is a draw. Both fighters were awarded gold medals and champion belts.

An indicative battle became not only a demonstration of good equipment, but also confirmed once again that the championship has no borders either by age or position. The head of Hydraulics has been participating in competitions for seven years and keep a blow on a par with subordinates.

The winners of the boxing competitions received cash prizes. For the first place – 100,000 rubles each, second place – 50,000 rubles each and third place – 25,000 rubles each.
