Former UFC champion in two weight categories, American Henry Sekhudo lost to Chinese Song Yadun with a technical solution in the main battle of the UFC Fight Night 252 tournament in Seattle (USA).

The duel was in lightweight. In the third round, the Chinese hit the opponent’s eye, which led to a long pause. Sehudo several times said the referee that he did not see anything, but the battle was still resumed, but it was already decided to stop the confrontation during the break. All judges gave the victory to the Chinese fighter: 29–28, 29–28, 30–27.

After the battle, Sun said that he was dissatisfied with this outcome of the fight and asked to organize a revenge, but the UFC head Dane White told the press conference that he was not considering this option yet.

Now on the account of the 27 -year -old Song Yadun in mixed martial arts is 22 victories, eight defeats, one draw, and another fight is recognized as failed. The asset has 38 -year -old Sehudo 16 wins and five defeats.

The American fighter Anthony Ernandez defeated the compatriot Brendan Allen in the agreement of the UFC Fight Night 252 tournament. The fight was in medium weight, lasted the entire distance and ended in favor of Ernandes with a unanimous decision of judges.

Rob Fontte also defeated Gina Matsumoto with a separate decision of the judges, Melsik Baghdasaryan lost to Gina Silve with a technical knockout in the first round.

The strongest boxers of our time – Ukrainian Alexander Usik and Japanese Naoya Inoue – We met in the ring of Mohammed Abdo Aren in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) on December 27th.

The fight continued for all 12 rounds and ended with a confident victory for the Japanese “Beast” by unanimous decision.

After the final gong, Usik approached the champion in the ring, congratulated him on his victory and shook hands. Inoue admitted that he was not 100% satisfied with his performance and appreciated the Ukrainian’s place in the ranking of the strongest boxers of our time.

Next year, Usik plans to fight against former American champion Deontay Wilder, and Naoya is considering two options: Junto Nakatani or Jesse Rodriguez.
