Former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannu said that he would continue to support the family of a girl who died as a result of a traffic accident with his participation.

At the end of April, the media reported that the incident involving Ngann occurred during the Easter weekend in the capital of Cameroon Yaunde. According to one version, a fighter on a motorcycle knocked down a girl who was returning home. The victim with multiple fractures was taken to the hospital, and Nganna took upon himself all the costs of her treatment, but later the girl died.

– From the very beginning, I proposed support to the family of the deceased, expressed the deepest condolences. I met with them personally to share their grief, and I will continue to support them further. I carry their pain in myself, and my thoughts remain with them at that moment, when they were faced with this heartbreaking loss, ”Nganna TMZ quotes the words.

From 2015 to 2022, Nganna performed at the UFC and won the champion in heavyweight. In 2023, he began a boxing career, entered the ring against Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua. In 2024, Nganna returned to mixed martial arts and won the battle in the PFL League.
