Nigerian boxer died after a battle at the age of 40
The Nigerian boxer Gabriel Oluvasegun Olanrevju died after the battle at the 41st year of his life, reports Bi -Bi -Si.
The athlete lost consciousness in the third round of the battle with Gan John Mbanuga last Friday in the Accra (Gana).
The Gan Box Office confirmed the information about the death of the boxer and said that after providing first aid he was urgently taken to the hospital, where he died after 30 minutes.
Prior to this, Olanrevja spent 23 fights in the professional ring, in which he won 13 victories (12 by knockout), suffered 8 defeats, and ended two more fights. The Nigerian spent five fights in Russia.
