The boxer died, who had twice lost Mohammed Ali
A former contender for the worldwater worldwater champion Joe Bagner’s heavyweight champion died at the 76th year of his life, according to the British Council for Boxing Control.
As noted, Bagner died in Australian Brisben. The cause of his death is not called.
Bagner is a native of Hungary, in the late 1950s his family settled in the UK. In a professional ring, he met twice with Mohammed Ali (1973, 1975) and suffered two defeats, the second time as a contender for the title of absolute world champion. Then the Bagner moved to Australia.
In total, on the account of the Bagner 83 of the battle, in which he won 69 victories (41 – a knockout), at 13 lost, one fight ended. Also in his track record are several roles in the cinema.
