French athletes will miss a tournament because of the inability to pass gender tests in their country in connection with a ban at the legislative level.

– With surprise and indignation, the employees of the French team found out on Wednesday evening that French boxers will not be able to take part in the first world championship organized by World Boxing.

Despite the repeated assurances of the World Boxing, the laboratory, which she herself recommended, could not provide test results on time. As a result, our athletes and other boxers from foreign delegations were excluded from among the participants, being trapped.

This mistake, which causes significant damage to our athletes, in no way can be attributed to the French Boxing Federation, which is not guilty of any negligence. On the contrary, from the very beginning she mobilized to satisfy the requirements of the World Boxing Federation and relied on her obligations, the text of the press release says.
