Former WBC Youth champion Myshev: “Akhmedov did not leave Cavaleiro a single chance and delighted the audience”
Former WBC Youth champion, now manager Vladimir Myshev told Match TV that the victory of the Russian MMA fighter Omari Akhmedov over the Brazilian Rodrigo Cavaleiro at the URAL FC x OZON tournament in Kaspiysk was as confident as possible.
In Friday’s fight, which took place in the middle weight category, Akhmedov defeated Cavaleiro by technical knockout in the second round.

From the fall of 2013 to the summer of 2021, Akhmedov competed in the UFC, where he scored nine wins, five losses and one draw. The 42-year-old Cavaleiro has 27 wins and 11 losses in MMA.
