Popov and Koldenkov reached the final of the World Boxing Championship in the UAE
Russian boxers Ilya Popov and Sergey Koldenkov reached the final of the World Championship in Dubai (UAE).
Popov defeated Ertugan Zeinulinov from Kazakhstan by decision of the judges in the semi-finals of the weight category up to 63.5 kg.
Koldenkov (up to 71 kg) defeated Bayramdurdy Nurmukhamedov from Turkmenistan by unanimous decision.
The World Boxing Championships will end on Saturday.
