Police stopped a mass brawl at a Kuresh wrestling tournament in Crimea

Police officers stopped a conflict at sports competitions in the village of Perovo, Simferopol region, reports the press service of the Crimean Ministry of Internal Affairs.

During a kuresh wrestling match, a verbal conflict occurred between two athletes, which escalated into a brawl with other participants in the tournament. Law enforcement officers had to use special means to quickly localize the conflict and restore order.

— A protocol on an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Petty hooliganism”). In addition, the organizers of the competition were issued an official warning about the need for strict adherence to public order at such events.

The issue of bringing the organizers of the event to administrative liability under Art. 20.32 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Violation of security rules during official sports competitions), says the statement.
