UFC welterweight champion Islam Makhachev suggested on Match TV that the unemployed Spaniard Xabi Alonso could help the coaching staff of the Dynamo Makhachkala football team.
On Monday, Real Madrid announced Alonso’s resignation as head coach. The agreement with the 44-year-old Spanish specialist was terminated by mutual agreement of the parties. Dynamo is coached by Vadim Evseev, who took over at the end of December.
