The World Economic Forum (WEF) is a Swiss non-governmental organization known for holding its annual meetings in Davos.
Prominent business leaders, political leaders, leading thinkers and journalists are invited to the meetings. The subject of discussion are the most pressing global problems, including health and the environment.
In 2026, the economic cooperation forum will take place against the background of negotiations to end the war in Ukraine and the dispute between the United States and Europe over Greenland.
