“Let’s have this fight.” Sean O’Malley challenged Petr Yan to a fight

American Sean O’Malley on Match TV challenged Russian Petr Yan to a fight at the UFC 324 tournament, which is taking place in Las Vegas.
O’Malley defeated China’s Song Yadong by unanimous decision at bantamweight in the co-main event of the tournament. The division champion is Petr Yan.
– You want revenge, I want this belt. Let’s make this fight happen,” O’Malley said after the fight, turning to Yang.
O’Malley defeated Yan via split decision at UFC 280 in October 2022.
In the main fight of the UFC 324 tournament, American Justin Gaethje and Englishman Paddy Pimblett will meet for the belt of interim UFC lightweight champion.

UFC welterweight champion Islam Makhachev assessed the outcome of the main fight at the UFC 324 tournament in Las Vegas.
American Justin Gaethje defeated Briton Paddy Pimblett by unanimous decision and became the interim UFC lightweight champion.
“What they brought on a silver platter turned out to be inedible,” Makhachev wrote on the social network X.
The holder of the full title, Spanish fighter Ilia Topuria, took a break from his career for personal reasons.

UFC lightweight number one Arman Tsarukyan said that Paddy Pimblett did not deserve the fight for the interim belt with Justin Gaethje, and congratulated the American on his victory.
