UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou spoke out about his condition after undergoing knee surgery in March.
“I can already go myself. I stopped using crutches. Now I feel relieved compared to the first two or three weeks. It was awful. I couldn’t drive, I couldn’t walk, it was very difficult to even go out and get something out of the fridge.
I do everything myself, which is good. Not 100 percent, but I’m fine. I still have pain at night but not as much as right after surgery. It will get better and better. I’ll be able to train in two or three months.
I’m not strong enough for [спарринговать]I guess I better give him enough time to heal up. I don’t want to force recovery so I can relive everything later. It’s better to give it time, I’ll just relax,” Ngannou said in a video on his YouTube channel.
