Joshua to Usyk will be prepared by an outstanding American coach
Former World Heavyweight Champion Anthony Joshua (24-2, 22 KOs) decided the head coach.
To take revenge against the holder of the WBA, WBO, IBF titles Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs), the British will be prepared by the famous American expert Robert Garcia.
Recall that the battle had to take place on July 23 in Saudi Arabia.
In the first fight, Joshua trained with Robert McCracken. After Usyk’s defeat, the Briton went on a tour of the halls of America, keeping a close eye on local coaches – Eddie Reynoso, Ronnie Shields and Virgil Hunter. I visited Garcia Hall among other things.
Throughout his career, Robert Garcia has trained his brother Mikey Garcia, former champions Fernando Vargas, Victor Ortiz, Antonio Margarito and other boxers.
Joshua has said before that he will knock Usyk out in the rematch.
