Holloway rushed to hospital after receiving 152 headshots from Volkanovski at UFC 276

American MMA fighter Max Holloway was hospitalized after losing to Australian Alexander Volkanovski at the UFC 276 tournament in Las Vegas (USA), journalist Jose Youngs reports on his Twitter.
The 30-year-old fighter lost by unanimous decision (45-50, 45-50, 45-50) and missed 204 punches in five rounds, of which 152 hit the head. He could not take away the featherweight championship from his opponent.
The 33-year-old Volkanovski faced Holloway in the Octagon for the third time in his career, defeating him three times. In total, the Australian had 26 fights in MMA with 1 defeat. Holloway suffered the 7th defeat with 23 victories.
