Russian fighter Gamzat Hiramagomedov almost disrupted the main fight of the Eagle Fighting Championship (EFC) 48 tournament in Aktau, scheduled for July 16, Match TV reports.
At Vnukovo airport, where the fighter was going to fly to the tournament, he was stopped due to a ban imposed by the Federal Bailiff Service. According to Match TV, the reason for the refusal to leave could be an unpaid loan debt in the amount of 25 thousand rubles.
Later, Hiramagomedov said that he had solved the problem with the flight to Kazakhstan. The athlete will weigh in a little later than all the participants.
– I’m leaving at 12:00 (Friday) from Sheremetyevo. I decided everything, ”Hiramagomedov told the Match TV correspondent.
Hiramagomedov is set to challenge the interim middleweight title (up to 84 kg) against Dauren Ermekov.
