Tver did not rule out that they would apply disciplinary sanctions to Zakirov for insulting the referee

Tver reported whether midfielder Kamil Zakirov would be punished after the FONBET Russian Football Cup match with Amkal.
The meeting of the second round of the tournament was held on Wednesday at the stadium of the Zorkiy club in Krasnogorsk and ended with the score 1:0 in favor of Amkal. After the game, a video appeared on the Internet in which Zakirov insulted the chief arbiter Vladimir Seldyakov.
– After the defeat, our player could not cope with emotions. In the very near future, we will discuss this situation within the club and take appropriate measures, including disciplinary measures,” the club’s press service quotes the “Championship”.
Earlier it became known that the behavior of Zakirov will be considered at a meeting of the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Russian Football Union (FTC RFU).
