Rinat Bilyaletdinov joked that the goalkeeper of “Irkutsk” can now organize a “team of pink nails”

The ex-coach of Lokomotiv and Rubin, Rinat Bilyaletdinov, joked that goalkeeper Nikita Lobusov, expelled from the Irkutsk club, who painted his nails pink and refused to remove the varnish, can now organize a team of pink nails and start a blog about it.

– Have there been such cases in my coaching practice? It didn’t get to that point. Someone dyed a lock of hair, I translated it as a joke – they say, why did you turn gray prematurely. Someone slovenly, in my opinion, dressed. But now holes in the knees have become a sign of a fashionable style of clothing. The main thing is how you look on the field, so that you go out to play in the approved form, not in swimming trunks or even more so in thongs. If something like that had happened, the player would probably not have been allowed to train.

Here the guy likes nails – well, he likes them. The main thing is that there should not be any appeals that are immoral, unconstitutional, non-traditional, and so on. Probably, this should not be allowed, because there are norms of behavior and morality in a public place, and the team, to some extent, is also a public place.

I can neither condemn nor applaud this. Probably, it was necessary to explain to the guy that he painted his nails in another place, outside the team. And within the team it is worth adhering to the established rules. “What I want, I turn back” is also not the case. In society, you should not stick out what someone might not like, Bilyaletdinov told Gazeta.Ru.

– He can now organize a team of pink nails, even start a blog about it. Let anyone with pink nails come to play on his team. I’m joking, of course, but in our time, from a joke to reality, as Griboyedov’s character said, the distance is small, Bilyaletdinov added.

On August 30, the club announced on its page on the social network VKontakte that Lobusov was suspended from training and matches for inappropriate behavior. The reason was the nails that the player painted pink. The club’s management gave the goalkeeper an ultimatum.
