Moscow “Dynamo” has accepted the offer of the London “Chelsea” and the terms of payment for the deal for midfielder Arsen Zakharyan, according to the “Championship”.
Earlier, the media reported that any attempt by the London club to make a payment on Zakharyan would be blocked due to restrictions imposed on the Russian economy.
According to the source, Dynamo agreed with Chelsea’s proposal. It remains for the parties to agree on the technical details and agree on the terms of the personal contract of the 19-year-old player. Zakharyan will remain on loan at Dynamo until the money is transferred to the Moscow club’s account.
The Blue and White have received an offer from Chelsea for the transfer of 19-year-old Zakharyan in the amount of 15 million euros. The transfer window in England will close on September 2 at 01:00 Moscow time.
Last season, Zakharyan played 34 matches, scored nine goals and made nine assists in all competitions. The midfielder was recognized as the best young player according to the Russian Football Union.
