“Zakharyan’s transfer to Chelsea on September 1 will not take place” – agent

Agent Rafaela Pimenta, representing the interests of Dynamo midfielder Arsen Zakharyan, said that on September 1, on the final day of the transfer window in Europe, the transfer of the midfielder to Chelsea will not take place.
Earlier, the media reported that any attempt by the London club to make a payment on Zakharyan would be blocked due to restrictions imposed on the Russian economy.
There was also information that Dynamo accepted the offer of the London club and the terms of payment for the deal for the player.
– Is there a chance that Zakharyan’s transfer will be processed today? No, this is impossible, – said Pimenta, whose words are quoted by RB Sport.
Last season, Zakharyan played 34 matches, scored nine goals and made nine assists in all competitions. The midfielder was recognized as the best young player according to the Russian Football Union.
