“I was not surprised that Chelsea wanted to buy Zakharyan” – Onopko
Russian national team coach Viktor Onopko commented on the failed transfer of Dynamo midfielder Arsen Zakharyan to Chelsea.
On Thursday, the press service of the Moscow club announced that the transfer of the player did not take place for “a number of technical reasons.”
– I was not surprised that Chelsea wanted to buy Zakharyan. The main player of Dynamo is called up to the national team. He would have pulled the level, but maybe not immediately, of course. I would have to prove it. But it is logical that Chelsea became interested in him, – quotes the words of Onopko “Championship”.
This season, Zakharyan has played seven matches in the Russian championship, in which he scored one goal and made two assists.
