Spartak’s new owner Lukoil has given the manager carte blanche Guillermo Abascalu and his coaching staff before winter.
The new owners also have no plans to appoint a new sporting director until now. The sports block will be led by the technical staff, CEO Yevgeny Melezhikov and technical coordinator Artem Rebrov.
