Russian referee Igor Fedotov did not agree with the appointed penalty against Torpedo in the match of the 8th round of the WORLD RPL against Rostov.

The match “Torpedo” – “Rostov” was held on Monday and ended with the victory of the Rostovites with a score of 1:0.
