Earlier, the RFU announced that the national team will play a friendly match with the Kyrgyz team in Bishkek on September 24. The RFU also reached an agreement to hold an away game with Iran in November and is negotiating the organization of a third autumn meeting. According to Vasily Konov, Deputy General Producer of Match TV, the meeting with Iran will most likely take place in Tehran, but a fallback option is also being considered – a neutral field. The third rival of Russia in a friendly game could be the team of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

– It’s great that the match with Kyrgyzstan will take place. Some national teams do not want to play with us, so we will participate with others. Another good sign that Iran and Bosnia can play with us.

– There are a lot of players from Krylia in midfield. Deservedly called?

– Of course yes. These sanctions that have been imposed on us will help educate the youth. There are prerequisites for this. Krivtsov from Krasnodar is a very gifted football player. Karpin works well with young people, as there are mostly young guys in Rostov.

– Which of the forwards will not get into the main list: Komlichenko, Sobolev, Tyukavin or Chalov?

– Sobolev and Komlichenko are athletes, and Chalov and Tyukavin are smaller forwards. I think Alexander and Nikolai will stay, and one of the couple Chalov and Tyukavin will not make it to the final list,” RB Sport quoted Gadzhiev as saying.
