“I think this is a good and right decision” – Semin about the matches of the Russian team with Kyrgyzstan and Iran

The ex-coach of Lokomotiv Yuri Semin considers it an excellent decision that the Russian team will play with the national teams of Kyrgyzstan and Iran during the September training camp.

Earlier, the RFU announced that the national team will play a friendly match with the Kyrgyz team in Bishkek on September 24. The RFU also reached an agreement to hold an away game with Iran in November and is negotiating the organization of a third autumn meeting. According to Vasily Konov, deputy general producer of Match TV, the game with Iran will most likely take place in Tehran, but a fallback option is also being considered – a neutral field. The third rival of Russia in a friendly game could be the team of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Also on Wednesday, the RFU announced the expanded composition of the Russian national team of 35 players for the September training camp.
