Krasnodar midfielder Mikhailo Banyats apologized to the team’s fans after losing to CSKA in the match of the 9th round of the Russian Football Championship.
The meeting took place on Saturday in Moscow and ended with a score of 4:1 in favor of the home team, the army team scored three goals from the penalty spot.
– Why was such a bad game performed by Krasnodar? What happened?
– First of all, I’ll start with myself: today I played badly. I don’t understand what happened, but I hope we will play better in the next game at home. I want to apologize to all Krasnodar fans for the defeat.
– Sergei Galitsky was present at the stadium. Did he go into the locker room?
— Of course, he spoke with the team after the game. He said only positive things and wished us good luck in the next matches, and most importantly, enjoy football,” Banyats told Sport24.
Krasnodar (17 points) is third in the WORLD RPL standings, CSKA (20 points) is in second place.
