Amkal’s head coach was more pleased with the team than with the refereeing in the match against Zvezda
Amkal’s head coach Yuri Babin told Sport Day after Day that he was not going to comment on the work of referees in the FONBET match of the Russian Cup with Zvezda.
Amkal lost to St. Petersburg Zvezda in a penalty shootout. Regular time ended with the score 2:2.
– If we were not a media team, I would probably have expressed a lot of complaints. But we are so media-oriented that everyone will do it perfectly: you and everyone else. Therefore, I will not say anything. I am pleased with the team more than refereeing,” said Babin.
The founder of Amkal German Popkov (El Classico) criticized the refereeing in the match with Zvezda and promised to apply to the RFU.
