Head of the Control and Discipline Committee RFS Arturo Grigoryants said the Dinamo midfielder Denis Makarov will be suspended for two games. In the match with Zenit, Makarov promised to give tickets for the circus to the side judge Alexey Lunev.
Makarov attended the meeting in person, Lunev attended via Zoom. Also present was Deputy Director General Zadubrovsky (Dynamo), who watched the video recording of the episode. We listened to Makarov. He said the sentence was said about emotions about Lunev. If the judge has not heard, then the decision must be made FTC. If the judge has heard, it should be written in the minutes. The judge himself did not respond. He told him it was not clear to whom it was addressed. The meaning of the sentence is unclear. The judge could not evaluate the sentence, so the decision is made FTC, according to art. 95 part 1 “Abusive behavior towards match officials”.
In Makarov’s words there were no swear words, he apologized to the judge for the sentence. Lunev accepted the apology. Makarov apologized to FTC. Final decision: disqualification for two games RPL (a game conditionally). Plus a fine of 250 thousand rubles and a probationary period until the end of the 22/23 season.
