Uefa wants to create a tournament with the participation of the winners of the European Cup and the clubs of MLS.
The idea of creating a new tournament that will replace the European Super Cup, where the winners of the Champions League and Europa League play at the beginning of the season, is currently being studied.
The new tournament is expected to have four participants: the winners of the Champions League, Europa League and Conference League, as well as the team that won MLS. Uefa sees the American market as an extremely promising direction for the development of football.
