Former head coach of CSKA Moscow Vasily Berezutsky will continue his coaching career and will accept the offer of the Russian club if he gets one, Oleg Yarovinsky, sports director of Kazan Rubin, told Metaratings.ru.
Brothers Vasily and Alexei Berezutsky left CSKA after the end of the 2021/22 season. After their departure, the army club was headed by Vladimir Fedotov.
– There were rumors that your good friends and colleagues in the Netherlands, the Berezutsky brothers, were planning to go to Europe after the work of CSKA. How are they doing now?
– I would not want to reveal the plans of the Berezutsky brothers, but I am sure that both, and especially Vasya, will continue their coaching careers. I have a lot of faith in them as coaches. They don’t have a block to Russia, I haven’t heard that. If there are proposals from our clubs, they will definitely consider it,” Yarovinsky said.
