CSKA officially introduced a new strategic partner, Giner remained the president of the club

VEB.RF State Corporation and Balance Asset Management agreed on a deal to transfer CSKA under new control.
As a result of the transaction, 77.63% of the shares of JSC PFC CSKA were transferred to a new shareholder.

Such a reliable and powerful partner allowed the club to gain financial stability and opened up prospects for further growth. We are also pleased to welcome our new partner – Balance Asset Management. The company will focus on creating an investment product based on the club’s real estate complex, the club said in a statement.
CSKA emphasized that the sports direction of activity remains unchanged, Evgeny Giner remains the president of the club.
