And he didn’t come in as a substitute until the 67th minute. Under such conditions, it is difficult to count on at least some kind of performance.

Buy Belotti, but don’t give Shomurodov

Against the backdrop of Andrea’s signature, the preservation of Eldor in the composition looks even stranger. Andrea certainly surpasses the former Rostov player in class, but if you take him, why not send Shomurodov on loan?
Judging by the words of the 27-year-old Uzbek agent Kahor Muminov, the options were:

Exactly what the parties failed to agree on remains a mystery. In addition to Bologna, Turin, Sampdoria, Monza and Sassuolo were interested in the signing of Eldor. There was also demand outside of Italian
championship. Officially the sports director of Besiktas, Jeyhun Kazanchi, spoke about the negotiation:

A similar offer came from Trabzonspor, Wolverhampton were ready to join the fight for the striker.

It’s hard to believe that among so many options, Roma can’t choose the right one. By the way, another may appear – not on the surface, but by the desire of Shomurodov himself.
