Ex-personal trainer Holland spoke about the striker’s diet
Former personal trainer striker Erling Haaland Eras Stinslid spoke about the diet of the star Norwegian striker.
The attacker’s daily meals include chicken and rice, pasta without salt or oil, swordfish, sea bass and sea bream, and vegetables.
“He was always closest to the buffet, and his plate was literally a mountain of food,” Stinslid said.
As noted, during his stay at Borussia, the striker gained 12 kilograms of weight in 15 months.
