Spartak lawyer Tatyana Zavyalova stated that on October 18 the Oktyabrsky court of the city of Ufa will examine the claim of the former director general of the “red-whites” Shamil Gazizova to the former owner of the Moscow club Leonid Fedun in the amount of 365 million rubles.
The dispute over Gazizov’s claim against Fedun in the amount of 365 million rubles will be examined by the Oktyabrsky Court of Ufa on October 18 at 11:30 am.
Earlier, Zavyalova said that the Oktyabrsky court of the city of Ufa on October 18 will consider Spartak’s claim against Gazizov in the amount of 88 million rubles, the meeting will be held at 9:00 Moscow time. Spartak lawyer Elena Chachua explained that this is the amount that, according to the Spartak team, Gazizov illegally paid himself by transferring 88 million rubles to his credit card using the key of the general manager. Gazizov declined to comment on this. Subsequently, Gazizov filed a lawsuit against Fedun in the amount of 365 million, which had previously been returned by the court due to violations of the deposit.
